Watermelon Sushi Part 2

I finally got around to rolling up the watermelon sushi. My SO was surprised by it and my brother really liked it. COOL BEANS! I mean..watermelon 😎😋.

I don't think the roll itself needs its own blog post, but I did want to share a few ideas I was thinking of making with this recipe - with just a couple of adjustments.

Other recipes you could make:

1. Sushi bowl
2. Poke bowl
3. Lox
4. N'ahi (not Ahi) Tartare cups

If I make any of those I will post. But I think my adjustments to the marinade would be to add toasted sesame oil and liquid smoke. 

My next experiment, aside from the marinade, would be to try another thickness and work on a post for thicker pieces.
